Quality Department Staff

Quality Department staff are responsible for ensuring that all processes involving collection, testing, processing, labelling, packaging and storage of plasma adheres to quality standards of the company and the industry. Also they provide confidence in processes, procedures, equipment and systems that they are working according to specifications and as expected.

Registration and Pre-screening Staff

Registration and Pre-screening are responsible for conducting the registration and initial screening of all donors, scheduling donations and performing general administrative duties through efficient management of Reception Staff. They ensure that all donors meet the accepted eligibility requirements for donating plasma, including age, general health and residence status.

Donation Room Staff

The Donation room staff are responsible for performing the plasmapheresis and ensuring that donor safety and care are maximized. They monitor donors throughout the procedure and reacting appropriately to adverse reactions or equipment errors and minimize wait times while keeping product quality considerations in mind.

Plasma Processing Staff

The plasma processing staff are responsible for all aspects of the production process, including processing, labelling, packaging and storage of plasma according to all company and regulatory guidelines, regulations and standard operating procedures. They ensure that good manufacturing practices are observed at all stages of the production process and maximize the output of plasma from all Plasma Centers of the company.

Medical Team Manager

The Medical Team Manager serve as the primary medical authority for the Plasma Centre. They evaluate each donor’s suitability and release donors for donations, provide counseling for donors, inform donors in case of positive test results (in which no indefinite deferral is in place), and provide medical aid in case of adverse reactions. Medical Team Manager is responsible for the medical evaluation of potential donors for plasmapheresis procedures. They should confirm donor suitability in a timely manner, and consulting with center physician as needed. Medical Team Manager should provide limited emergency care including the administration of any medications or treatments in accordance with him/her certification, medical directives, applicable training, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Deal with donor reactions, defer donors, and be aware of CPR deferral criteria, responsible for reception staff, donation staff, donor screener and donor screener supervisor.
