When you donate plasma, we aim to make your experience a positive one.

Every donor can expect attentive support at our clinic, much the same way they expect excellent customer service anywhere else.

That’s because we want our donors to know they are valued. We want them to feel welcomed the second they walk through our doors.

You’ll be greeted with a warm smile by our team at the reception desk.

Feeling nervous on donation day? You’re not alone. Before you roll up your sleeve our staff will explain how the donation process works and what you can expect to help put your mind at ease.

We’ll walk you through the entire process so nothing catches you by surprise.

All your questions will be answered. How long is the donation process? Is it painful? What can I eat or drink after I donate? One of our nurses will spend the time you need to feel comfortable. Don’t hesitate to ask.

So, sit back, put your feet up and relax. Grab a book or a magazine, or turn up your music and listen to your favourite tunes to pass the time.

A nurse is never too far away should you need anything. It’s a part of our job to make your experience as easy and relaxing as possible.

When you are finished, spend a little time in our waiting room enjoying some refreshments.
